Regular check-ups - Keeping on top of your health is one of the most important gifts you give yourself and your loved ones. Schedule a wellness check-up and make sure to ask your doctor any questions you might have.
Immunizations - Stay up to date on all your vaccinations. If you are leaving the country, talk to your doctor about any vaccinations you might need before your trip.
Screenings, health counseling, and treatment for chronic diseases - Arrange an appointment at one of our eight convenient locations for a screening or a consultation regarding treatment.
HIV counseling, testing, and treatment - Since the beginning of the AIDS epidemic, Morris Heights Health Center has remained an epicenter for on-site HIV / AIDS services.
Care coordination program for Medicaid patients with chronic conditions - We help patients with Medicaid develop programs to manage chronic illnesses such as diabetes, heart disease, HIV / AIDS, obesity, substance abuse, mental health issues, and asthma.
Specialty care - Our specialty care areas include ophthalmology, pulmonology, gastroenterology, podiatry, optometry, cardiology, ENT, physical therapy, and dermatology.
Nutrition counseling - Our registered dietitians are on staff to help you come up with a comprehensive nutrition plan.
Pharmacy - We offer reduced-cost medication at our on-site pharmacy, located on the B1 level of Harrison Circle.
