Building Health Equity, One Program at a Time
The Bronx and Brooklyn are among the unhealthiest counties in New York
State — ranked #62 and #61— due to persistent challenges like
food insecurity, chronic illness, and housing instability.
MHHC’s programs directly confront these disparities, helping families
not just survive, but thrive.
