On November 24, MHHC proudly joined Council Member Rita Joseph for her Annual District 40 Thanksgiving Turkey Giveaway — a cherished community tradition that brings warmth and nourishment to families during the holiday season.

Community members received turkeys, chickens, and a variety of Thanksgiving fixings to help ensure every household could gather around a well-prepared table this holiday. MHHC staff were on-site distributing food, sharing resources, connecting neighbors to care, and supporting this meaningful effort to give back.
