Dress for Joy Contest

Bring out the joy and win big!

On Friday, December 5th and 12th, MHHC will be hosting our Dress for Joy contest! Celebrate the season by showing off your most festive, fun, stylish, or delightfully over-the-top holiday outfit.

Contest Rules:

Snap a photo of yourself wearing your holiday outfit—whether it’s cheerful, creative, or wonderfully whimsical.
Upload your photo using the form here, by noon on December 15th.
Watch for the AllStaff email to cast your vote to rank your favorite joyful looks!
Winners announced! The participants with the highest number of votes will receive a prize.

Outfit Etiquette Guidelines

To help everyone participate comfortably and professionally, please keep the following in mind:

Work-appropriate: Outfits should be festive and fun, yet suitable for a healthcare environment.
Scrub-friendly: If you wear scrubs, feel free to accessorize with festive items (cardigans, pins, socks, hats) that don’t interfere with patient care or safety.
Safety first: Avoid anything that could pose a safety or infection-control concern.
Inclusive & considerate: Choose outfits that celebrate the season in a way that is inclusive and considerate of our diverse staff and patient community.
Comfort matters: Ensure your outfit allows you to move easily and perform your duties.
Follow MHHC policies: All outfits must comply with standard workplace policies and procedures. Jeans are acceptable, provided they are not ripped and do not include vulgar or unprofessional content.
