Join us for National Health Center Week 2025! We’re celebrating 60 Years of Improving Our Nation’s Health with two vibrant community events in the Bronx and Brooklyn!

This year’s festivities will bring together hundreds of patients and families to enjoy a full day of free health screenings, essential health and wellness services, live entertainment, and fun, family-friendly activities.

Come celebrate community, care, and connection with us as we honor the legacy and future of Community Health Centers!
