Family Nurse Practitioner (Full Time & Per Diem)

JOB SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES

Provides comprehensive medical services for members of family, regardless of age or sex, on continuing basis by performing the following duties: Performing physical examinations and preventive health measures within prescribed guidelines and instructions of Physician, ordering, interpreting, and evaluating diagnostic tests to identify and assess patients clinical problems and health care needs, recording physical findings, and formulating plan and prognosis, based on patients condition and submitting health care plan and goals of individual patients for periodic review and evaluation by Physician.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

1. Qualifications: Graduated from an approved Nurse Practitioner Training Program; Two or more years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner is preferred; Certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).

HIRING RATE

$66.05 - $68.76 per hour (based on experience)
