BRONX, NY--Morris Heights Health Center (MHHC) was awarded a $200,000 grant from FCC COVID-19 Telehealth Program to fund an initiative serving the medically, socially and economically underserved to provide remote physiological monitoring (RPM) healthcare to these patients. Due to their aligned missions, Lifetime Vitality was chosen as the preferred partner to support RPM and other Virtual Care Services for select MHHC patients.
