The Business Associate Level II may also serve as liaison between Morris Heights Health Center's Finance Department and out contracted Managed Care Companies. This position works independently with oversight from the Billing Supervisor and/or Unit Manager. Associates Degree or an equivalent number of completed credits.

    At least four years work experience, preferably in a position as a medical biller or patient registration clerk.

    Excellent customer communication skills are required for this position. Individual must be able to work in a team-oriented environment.

    Need to be well-organized, knowledgeable and helpful to patients and visitors. Responsible for phones and mail distribution for building. This individual is responsible for answering the majority of calls to the organization, determining the callers' needs, providing the requested information when possible, and forwarding calls to the appropriate person/department for handling. This individual must be patient focused, exhibit strong customer service skills and project a professional organizational image through phone interaction. High School diploma or GED.

    Under the direction of the Medical Director of Behavioral Health and working with the entire department, this position will serve as the lead on the Health and Wellness of the Behavioral Health Patients. The goal will be to improve the overall quality of the patient's total wellbeing and health, including physical and emotional care. This manager will work closely with the Psychiatrist and Clinicians to assist in the delivery of comprehensive care. Licensed LPN with a Bachelors degree in social work or related field.
