MHHC WIC staff will continue to update your e-WIC card, based on the type
of appointment over the phone.
If you are a new client to the WIC program, you can also call the office

About WIC
What is WIC?
WIC is a federally funded Special Supplemental Nutrition Program that provides
nutrition education for low income pregnant, breastfeeding, non-breastfeeding
postpartum women, infants and children up to five years. Caretakers including
fathers can apply and receive for WIC for their children. WIC provides
benefits (eWIC) for nutritious foods such as milk, cheese, eggs, cereal,
formula, baby foods, fresh fruits and vegetables and much more. WIC also
provides breastfeeding support and referrals to medical and social services.
To qualify for WIC at MHHC one must live in New York State, meet the rules
pertaining to the income guidelines and have a dietary need. You can receive
WIC regardless of your immigration status. For more information, please
